  • What is the difference between being a patient (medical services) and being an EduCoaching client (coaching services)?
**Medical Services** Patients must meet Dr. Bluestein in person for their first appointment, which can take place in Colorado or Wisconsin. During this appointment, they can receive prescriptions for medications, lab orders, or imaging orders. After the initial visit, Dr. Bluestein becomes one of your doctors. Follow-up appointments can be virtual for up to one year, but you must be located in Colorado or Wisconsin for these sessions. **Coaching Services:** Clients can live anywhere in the world and do not need to travel for appointments. They receive coaching from Dr. Bluestein, but they do not become her patients. All coaching sessions are conducted online, one-on-one with Dr. Bluestein. She provides information to help you work with your own local healthcare team. As a coach, Dr. Bluestein cannot write prescriptions or orders for medications, labs, or imaging.

  • How do I know which medical package to choose?
Choosing the right package depends on the level of care you need. We offer three session options to fit different needs: **Gold**, **Platinum**, and **Diamond**. Here's a breakdown to help you decide: 1. **Gold Package** (Least Intensive): - **Ideal for routine check-ups or focused concerns**. - This session is best if you have a specific, limited health concern. - You will spend less time with the doctor, and the session focuses on addressing a single issue or providing general guidance. - **Duration**: Shorter appointment times, typically 90 minutes for the first appointment and 25 minutes for your follow up. 2. **Platinum Package** (Moderate Intensity): - **Ideal for more complex concerns or comprehensive evaluations**. - This session is designed for patients who need a deeper review of their health or have multiple related concerns. - You'll have more time with the doctor, allowing for a broader discussion and follow-up on treatment options or tests. - **Duration**: Moderate appointment times, typically 150 minutes for the first appointment and 50 minutes for your follow up.. 3. **Diamond Package** (Most Intensive): - **Ideal for thorough evaluations, extensive assessments, or complex medical histories**. - If you're seeking a full, in-depth evaluation or have multiple medical concerns that require a detailed discussion and analysis, this is the session for you. For most patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, Hypermobilty Spectrum Disorders, POTS, and MCAS patients, this level is necessary. - The Diamond session provides the most time with the doctor for a complete and comprehensive review, including additional tests or referrals if necessary. - **Duration**: Longer appointment times, typically 210 minutes for the first appointment and 90 minutes for your follow up. **How to Choose:** - **Gold**: If you need a quick consultation or are just addressing one simple concern. - **Platinum**: If you're experiencing multiple related issues, or need a more thorough evaluation, but don't require a full, exhaustive review. - **Diamond**: If you need a comprehensive, detailed evaluation or have complex health concerns that require in-depth discussion and extensive time with the doctor.
